Biofreeze Cryotherapy
Biofreeze cryotherapy is an alternative to cone biopsy, which can lead to a miscarriage.
Most patients experience little or moderate pain during and after the procedure. The procedure is relatively inexpensive, may be done without anesthesia, and doesn't leave scarring, if performed properly. External genital warts, oral and anal warts can be treated with liquid nitrogen applications.

The use of a cryoprobe in the internal genitalia is not recommended, because vaginal perforation and fistula formation are possible. For complete wart removal for most patients 3 to 4 trials are necessary, in 20%-30% of cases reoccurences are possible. Biofreeze cryotherapy is an alternative to cone biopsy, which can lead to a miscarriage.
