Cervix Cryotherapy
Cervix cryotherapy is assisted using colposcopy in viewing abnormalities stimulated by HPV.
Some risk factors linked to cervical dysplasia are multiple sexual partners, cigarette smoking, and especially HPV (Human Papilloma Virus and HIV infection. The most common age of women this condition occurs in is 25-35. Most cases can be cured by early detection with pap tests, proper treatments and follow-up.
Cervix cryotherapy is assisted using colposcopy in viewing abnormalities stimulated by HPV.

This treatment is usually recommended for cervical dysplasia (mild or moderate changes in the cervical cells). It is a freezing procedure that destroys the abnormal cells, encouraging healthy cells to replace those that were destroyed. It usually takes approximately 5-10 minutes. Cervix cryotherapy is assisted using colposcopy in viewing abnormalities stimulated by HPV.
